SonaPaisa is not a direct lender and does not guarantee loan approval. Final approval, interest rates, tenure, and disbursals are at the sole discretion of the partner lender based on your credit appraisal.

3. Eligibility to Use

You must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of India, and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law to apply for financial products through this platform.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree that all personal and financial data, salary slips, and documentation submitted via our application forms are authentic, accurate, and up to date. Any submission of fraudulent documentation may result in immediate application cancellation and notification to relevant authorities.

All figures, calculations, and estimates displayed via our EMI calculators and eligibility tools are indicative only and intended for planning purposes. Actual loan terms will be determined by the respective lender upon review.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SonaPaisa, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any lender rejection or changes in third-party interest rates.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
